Welcome to Connect Travel Nurse. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and recruitment services. By accessing our site or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using the site on behalf of a healthcare facility, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Services Description

Connect Travel Nurse provides a digital platform that connects healthcare professionals (nurses) with healthcare organizations (facilities). We facilitate recruitment, credential verification, and placement services. We do not provide medical services and are not a healthcare provider.

3. User Accounts & Security

  • Registration: To apply for contracts, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Account Safety: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Connect Travel Nurse cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Professional Credentials & Accuracy

As a specialized healthcare staffing agency, the integrity of our network is paramount.

  • Verification: Nurses agree to provide valid, up-to-date licenses (RN, LPN, etc.) and certifications (BLS, ACLS).
  • Honesty: You certify that your work history and clinical competencies are true. Providing fraudulent documentation is a material breach of these terms and may be reported to the relevant Board of Nursing if required by law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the site for any fraudulent or clinical identity theft purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass the “Connect” platform to solicit facilities directly if introduced through our service.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code that could compromise our recruitment portal.
  • Scrape or “crawl” the site for job listing data without our express permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including the Connect Travel Nurse name, the custom “C” logo, website design, and proprietary text—is the exclusive property of Connect Travel Nurse. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our branding without written consent.

7. No Guarantee of Placement

While we strive to provide excellent opportunities, Connect Travel Nurse does not guarantee:

  • That a nurse will be placed in a specific contract.
  • That a facility will find a candidate for every vacancy.
  • The duration of any specific travel assignment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connect Travel Nurse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or any clinical outcomes at a facility where a nurse has been placed. Our platform is provided on an “As-Is” and “As-Available” basis.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Cass County, ND.
